Apple is also accredited for the start of the PC movement, but it was not the original PC of the Macintosh, which was launched in 1984. IBM unveiled the 5150 on 12th August 1981 and changed his home and work life forever. The machine packed an Intel 8088 4.77-MHz Prozessor with a memory of up to 256 kB, a drive of 25 pounds and sold $3,000. It was not cumbersome or pricey unreasonably and its boxing shape continues to be normal in pcs.
